Directors' Dealings and Total Voting Rights

Fox Marble, the AIM listed company focused on marble quarrying in Kosovo, announces that on 30 April 2013 it issued 132,404 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary shares") in the Company to Non-Executive Directors of the Company at a price of 18.02 pence per share, being the 30 day volume weighted average price as at 20 April 2013.  As part of their remuneration package the Non-Executive Directors of the Company agreed to utilise their first year's fees (net of tax) to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at the Company's request.  This issue of Ordinary Shares is in respect of the remuneration for the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 March 2013.

Roy Harrison	22,895
Amati Global Partners LLP(1)	41,628

⁽¹⁾ Shares were issued to Amati Global Partners LLP in recognition of the services provided by Dr Paul Jourdan.

Application has been made for the 132,404 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place with effect from commencement of business on 7 May 2013.

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital at 30 April 2013 will consist of 108,082,404 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 108,082,404.

The above figure of 108,082,404 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
