The Company was notified on 13 July 2021 that on 1 July 2021 Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer transferred 216,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for no consideration to his spouse Linda Harrison.

Stephen Harrison's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse remains at 266,262.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
