Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 8 April 2019 that on the same day Divya Seshamani, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company; (i) sold 5,556 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £2.99, and (ii) purchased 6,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £3.04.

Divya Seshamani's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company now stands at 6,000 Ordinary Shares.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
