TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES


The Board of Foresight Technology VCT plc announces that on 31 October 2005 the
Company purchased for cancellation 100,000 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of
53.00p per share and a further 100,000 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of
53.75p per share.


Following this purchase there are now 15,274,292 Ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
