TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES


The Board of Foresight Technology VCT plc announces that on 30 June 2006 the
Company purchased for cancellation 120,000 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of
46.55p per share and 130,000 'C' shares of 1p at a price of 76.50p per share.


Following this purchase there are now 14,791,348 Ordinary shares of 1p in issue
and 35,076,091 'C' shares of 1p in issue.
