The Board of Foresight Technology VCT plc announces that on 26 June 2006 the
Company purchased for cancellation 69,412 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of
46.60p per share.


Following this purchase there are now 14,911,348 Ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
