Purchase of Shares for Cancellation

The Company announces that on 25 April 2005 it purchased shares in the Company
for cancellation of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 65p per share and 35,000 'C'
shares at a price of 85p per share.

The number of shares in issue is now 15,718,826 Ordinary Shares and 36,394,390 '
C' Shares.
