TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight VCT plc announces that on 24 November 2010 the Company
purchased for cancellation 200,000 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 42.57p
per share.

Following  these  purchases  there  are  now 47,541,385 Ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
