TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight VCT plc announces that on 28 April 2010 the Company
purchased for cancellation 395,984 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 35.25p
per share.

Following  these  purchases  there  are  now 47,741,385 Ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
