TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight VCT plc announces that on 19 June 2008 the Company purchased for cancellation 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 37.5p per share.

Following these purchases there are now 46,335,252 Ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
