TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES


The Board of Foresight VCT plc announces that on 5 April 2007 the Company
purchased for cancellation 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 70.25p
per share and on 13 April 2007 the Company purchased for cancellation 500,000
Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 69.00p per share.



Following these purchases there are now 45,495,011 Ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
