Revised Exercise Date for 'O' Warrants and 'C' Warrants

The Company announces that its report and financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2003 will be posted to shareholders and warrantholders on 22
April 2004.

In order for both 'O' Warrantholders and 'C' Warrantholders to have an
opportunity to review these prior to deciding whether to exercise their 'O'
Warrants or 'C' Warrants the final exercise date for the exercise of warrants
has been extended from 30 April 2004 to 22 May 2004.
