Portfolio Update


The Board of Foresight Technology VCT plc is pleased to announce that the
pricing of the initial public offering by Sarantel Group PLC on 25 February 2005
represents an additional contribution to the net asset value (nav) of the
Company's 'C' shares of approximately £2.7 million or seven pence (7p) per share
compared to the last published nav for the quarter ending 30 September 2004.


Sarantel Group PLC announced details of its initial public offering to raise £18
million valuing the company at £43 million.


The Directors expect to publish navs for the year ended 31 December 2004 for
both the O and C Fund on or around 9 March 2005.
