A copy of a prospectus, comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and
Summary Note, relating to a linked Offer for Subscription of up to £10 million
in aggregate by means of further Ordinary Share issues of £2,500,000 in each of
Foresight VCT plc, Foresight 2 VCT plc, Foresight 3, VCT plc and Foresight 4 VCT
