Offer for Subscription up to 552,823 new Ordinary Shares and 1,658,469 new 'C'
Shares ('the Offer') dated 8 April 2004.


The Company announces that in connection with the Offer the following number of
shares were allotted on 19April 2004:

41,460 new Ordinary Shares; and
124,380 new 'C' Shares.

The total number of shares allotted under the Offer to date is as follows:

41,460 new Ordinary Shares; and
124,380 new 'C' Shares.

The Offer remains open for acceptance.

Details of the offer are contained in a circular dated 8 April 2004.
Application will be made in due course for the new shares to be listed on the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
