Allotment of shares



Following the declaration of the 0.5p dividend on 10 March 2005 the Board
announces that 11,701 C Shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company have been
allotted under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme.



Application has been made for the admission of the 11,701 C Shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.



Following this allotment of shares the Company has 36,256,091 C Shares in issue.
