Allotment of Planned Exit Shares

The  Board of Foresight VCT  is pleased to announce  that in accordance with the
terms  of the  Offer for  Subscription dated  28 January 2010 (the "Offer") that
1,135,681, Planned  Exit  Shares  of  1 pence  each  in  Foresight  VCT plc were
allotted on 3 March 2010 at 100.0 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the1,135,681 Planned Exit Shares
of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed
securities.



Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total
1,135,681 Planned Exit Shares. Following this allotment there are now 1,135,681
Planned Exit Shares of 1p each in issue.
