Allotment of Shares

The Board announces that on 26 January 2007 45,663 New Ordinary Shares of 1.0
pence each in the Company were allotted under the Company's Dividend
Reinvestment Scheme.

Application has been made for the admission of the 45,663 New Ordinary Shares to
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Following this allotment of shares the Company has 45,198,783 New Ordinary
Shares in issue.
