Allotment of Ordinary Shares and Closure of Offer


The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer
for Subscription dated 20 March 2007 (the 'Offer'), 178,020 Ordinary Shares of 1
pence each were allotted on 18 April 2007 at 81.00 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 178,020 Ordinary Shares to
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company are 1,974,248
ordinary shares. Following this allotment there are now 45,673,031 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each in issue.
