The Company announces that 13,578 new 'C' Shares were allotted on 2 August 2004
to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for shares under the terms of the
Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme instead of taking a cash dividend. The
subscription price was 73.4p per share.
