Issue of Equity


The Company announces that under the offer for subscription dated 8 April 2004 a
further 177,494 ordinary shares and 532,482 C shares have been allotted. This
offer has now closed for acceptance.

The Company also announces that on 22 May 2004 1,231,724 ordinary shares and
532,482 C shares were issued as a result of the exercise of ordinary warrants
and C warrants.

Application has been made for all these shares, totalling 1,409,218 Ordinary
Shares and 671,882 C shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA.
