Allotment of shares


The Company announces that 3,000 'C' shares were allotted on 14 February 2002 as
a result of the exercise of warrants.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's
market for listed securities.  Admission and trading are expected to commence on
20 February 2003.
