TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight VCT plc announces that on 24 November 2011 the Company purchased for cancellation 28,860 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 93.0p per share.

Following these purchases there are now 28,327,981 Ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
