Foresight VCT plc Ordinary Shares

Amendment to original announcement dated 27th February 2014

The announcement made on 27th February 2014 should have stated that total shares allotted were 1,866,268 and the total shares allotted under the Offer by the Company totaled 8,179,695 Ordinary Shares and not 1,783,875 and 6,313,427 as previously stated.

Following this allotment there were now 35,345,023 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue and not 33,478,755 as previously stated.

This subsequently changes the total number of allotted Ordinary Shares in the two announcements made on 18^th March 2014 to 35,472,896 and 35,959,297.
