Foresight VCT plc Ordinary Shares

The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 26 September 2013 (the "Offer"), 1,417,664 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each were allotted on 30 June 2014 on an issue price based on a Net Asset Value of 92.0 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 1,417,664 Ordinary Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 12,551,947 Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 39,705,148 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
