Allotment of Ordinary Shares

The Board of Foresight VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 3 December 2012 (the "Offer"), extended from 30 April 2013 to 30 June 2013, that 55,451 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc were allotted on 26 June 2013 at 98.0 pence per share.
Application has been made for the admission of the 55,451 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 502,391 Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 27,625,120 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
