Foresight VCT plc Infrastructure Shares

The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with Placing Letter dated 17 July 2012, 147,858 Infrastructure Shares of 1 pence each were allotted on 18 July 2012 at 100.00 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 147,858 Infrastructure Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Total shares allotted to date under the Placing by the Company now total 147,858 Infrastructure Shares. Following this allotment there are now 16,647,858 Infrastructure Shares of 1p each in issue.
