Ordinary Share Dividend Declaration

The Board of Foresight VCT plc is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 10.0p per Ordinary Share to be paid on 14 March 2014. The dividend will have a record date of 28 February 2014 and an ex-dividend date of 26 February 2014.

 

We are particularly pleased to be able to increase in dividend from the normal target of 5.0p per ordinary share, which reflects recent successful realisations, most notably the sale of Alaric Systems for £7.1m in November 2013.
