Directors Dealing Notification

The  Company  was  notified today  that  David  Royds,  a
director of the Company, sold 4,000 ordinary warrants  at
518p  per  share  on 29th February 2000.  Following  this
disposal  David Royds has ceased to have an  interest  in
the  Company's issued ordinary warrants but continues  to
be interested in the following securities of the Company:

20,000 ordinary shares
20,000 'C' ordinary shares
 4,000 'C' warrants
