Appointment of Director


The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Director to the
Board; Gordon Humphries who was appointed as a non-executive Director on 9 March
2007.


Gordon Humphries has been involved with investment companies for over 15 years.
He is currently head of investment companies at Standard Life Investments and
before that he was deputy head of investment trusts at F&C Asset Management plc.
Gordon is currently a non-executive Director of Aim VCT2 plc.


No further disclosures are required under Rule 9.6.13 (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6)
of the Listing Rules.
