Directorate Change
As a public listed company, Foresight VCT plc is required to comply with the
regulations of the UK Listing Authority ('UKLA'). Certain changes to the
existing Board are required prior to new UKLA regulations on Board independence
coming into effect on 28 September 2010. As a result of these changes, Bernard
Fairman will step down from the Board with immediate effect.

This change does not impact the provision of investment management services.
