The  Board  of  Foresight  Solar  VCT  plc announces that on 20 March 2012 the Company  purchased for cancellation  21,000 ordinary shares of  1p at a price of 92.00p per share.
 
Following this purchase there are now 38,366,252 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
