TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The  Board  of  Foresight  Solar  VCT  plc announces that on 14 October 2011 the
Company  purchased for cancellation  83,510 ordinary shares of  1p at a price of
93.50p per share.

Following this purchase there are now 36,925,032 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
