Further to the previous announcement on 31 August 2013, total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 6,455,263 C Ordinary Shares and not 6,413,465 as previously announced. Following this allotment there are now 6,455,263 C Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
