Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Directors of Foresight Solar & Infrastructure VCT plc ("Company") announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription for new ordinary D shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to raise up to £20 million by way of an issue of no more than 20,000,000 shares in the Company (the "Offer").  Full details of the Offer were contained in the prospectus (the "Prospectus") which was published by the company on 1 February 2016 and which is available free of charge from the office and website of the promoter of the Offer:

The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the decision by the directors to reduce the minimum proceeds under the terms and conditions of the Offer from £3 million to £1.4 million and the consequential amendments to the Prospectus.
