                                 Trading update

Focus Solutions Group plc (AIM: FSG), a leading supplier of adaptive software
solutions to the financial services industry, today issues a trading update
ahead of its financial year ending 31 March 2007.

Operating profit is expected to be significantly ahead of expectations, and
revenues will be in line. The step change in profitability has been achieved
through the introduction of a much more efficient solutions delivery model. Cash
balances are also expected to be significantly ahead of expectations.

Focus has exhibited continued strong growth over the year, with long-term
contracts with HSBC, St James's Place, Irish Life, BT and Lincoln Financial
Group secured. Focus' solutions have consistently produced proven returns on
investment for clients which in turn has resulted in further contract extensions
and upgrades from established customers. This success underpins the Group's
strategy of securing its recurring revenue base thereby increasing the
visibility of its earnings.

Focus intends to announce its preliminary results for the year ending 31 March
2007 in June 2007.
