                  Focus signs contracts with Misys and Skandia

Focus Solutions Group, the specialist provider of sales automation solutions,
has signed licence agreements worth £600,000 for the use of its goal:technology
software with Misys IFA Services and with The Skandia UK Group.

Misys IFA Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Misys plc, and operates four
IFA networks. Under the terms of its agreement with Focus, Misys IFA Services
will use Focus's goal:technology software in its IFA Point of Sales / Compliance
desktop solution. The solution, known as mi-solution, will initially be rolled
out to 1,200  users within the 7,000 strong Misys Network this month, and will
be supported by eight life and pensions providers. The contract with Misys IFA
Services is for five years and is expected to generate a minimum of £400,000
revenue over that period.

Under the terms of the agreement with Skandia, Focus's goal:technology will be
deployed across Skandia's extranets to build investment bond applications in
Norwegian, Finnish and Swedish. Skandia further expects to use goal:technology
across its European operations next year via its European network of extranets.
The contract, the first European licensing agreement for goal:technology, will
generate revenues of £200,000 over two years.
