The Company was informed on 5 July 2004 that, following the purchase of 100,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Active Capital,
a client of ISIS Asset Management Plc, has a material interest in 1,165,000
Ordinary Shares representing 4.07 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital. The above shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees
Ltd.
