The Company was notified on 28 May 2002 that Liontrust have increased their
holding in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to
1,044,500, representing 4.1% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.  The above
shares are registered in the name of Morgan Nominees Limited.
