                            Director's shareholding


The Company was informed yesterday that Frank Murray, a director of the Company,
purchased 18,900 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
on 17 September at a price of 26p per share. The above holding, being Mr
Murray's only holding in the Company, represents less than 0.1% of the issued
Ordinary Share capital.
