                            Director's shareholding



The Company was informed today that Lin Johnstone, a non-executive director of
the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 11 April, 2003 at a price of 15p per share.  The above
holding, being Mr Johnstone only holding in the Company, represents 0.1% of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
