The Company has been informed that Piers Brooke, non-executive director of the 
Company purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company today at a 
price of 55 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Brooke owns 55,000 
ordinary shares in the Company (with an equal amount of voting rights), which 
represents 0.19% of the issued share capital.
