                               Director's Dealing

The Company has been informed that Alastair Taylor, non-executive chairman of 
the Company purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus 
("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 43.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Following 
this transaction, Mr Taylor owns 175,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, 
representing 0.60% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
