Focus Solutions Group PLC 2 April 2001 For immediate release 2 April 2001 Focus Solutions announces new finance director Focus Solutions Group plc announces the appointment of Sue Hele, aged 45, as finance director with immediate effect. Sue joined Focus as financial controller in September 2000, following 4 years as mergers and acquisitions manager at AT&T. Previous positions include finance director with the Firefox Group, a communications software company, and 10 years with 3i plc. She qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. As indicated at the time of the flotation last year, Robert Hull becomes a non-executive director. His consultancy services will continue to be available to the Company. John Streets, Chief Executive, said: 'I am delighted to welcome Sue Hele to the Board at this important stage in the Company's development. Sue's experience of the software industry and her knowledge of the issues facing high growth companies will be invaluable.
