                               Additional Listing

Pursuant to an exercise of 166,000 options at 14.586 pence per share and 190,000
options at 20.00 pence per share, the Company has issued 356,000 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in the Company. The Company has made application for the new
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to
occur on 26 March 2007.
