The Company today applied for 80,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
to be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 26 April 2004.

The above shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the
Focus Solutions Group (Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme).
