The Company today applied for 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
to be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 5 January 2004.

The above shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the
Focus Solutions Group (Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme).
