                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 121,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
to be admitted to AIM. The above shares are being issued pursuant to the
exercise of options under the Focus Solutions Group (Unapproved Executive Share
Option Scheme).

Admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence on 7 October
2003.
