                   Focus Solutions Group plc ("the Company")


                               Additional Listing

The Company has applied for a total of 590,449 new ordinary shares of 10p each
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange. Of these, 549,449 new Ordinary Shares are
being issued as part of the initial consideration for the acquisition of the
Company's North American partner, MPO Group Inc, announced this morning. The
balance is being issued following the exercise of options held by an employee of
the Company. Admission is expected to take place on 3 May 2002.
