TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 2 December 2005 the Company
purchased for cancellation 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 92.0p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 13,193,029 ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
